Forget idle jet if your car is injection, it is only applicable to an older carburettor.
The more I think about it the more it suggests a temperature sensor, if the car runs fine when warm. When the temperature is low the ECU lifts the revs a bit at idle to get it to run correctly.
If it is not one of the temperature sensors then partially blocked injector (clears when warm) or moisture in the fuel/air, possible collecting in the injector and gets blasted out when hot.

Thinking O2 sensor, with idle fluctuations and erratic behaviours that are intermittent. Fuel trims would be compensating on the extremes by the sound of it, All could be temp related as well.

We did check the O2 sensor and looks ok. If it was that i would have had bad emmision and the scan toold showed they were perfect.

DrRobin I just came back from my michanic. We changed the ECT sensor and reset the ECU. We have set the rpm to 900 and we will monitor it the next couple of days and whait for the ECU to program itself.
As for the injectors we took them out and sent them for a service. From what he said they came back new.
I have started thinking that it maybe an ECU issue since nothing will keep the rpm stable. Nomatter how high i set them they will settle between 500-700 causing a cabin vibration.
The weird thing is that after a long trip it settles around 800-900 and runs smtooth.
