That’s good news and not surprising considering how popular the Jimny is.
I actually tossed off an email to Suzuki about the dealers profiteering, l can understand a couple of thousand over list but £31,000 is somewhat excessive.
In reality dealers can advertise used (not new) Jimnys for £100,000 if they want, it’s a free country, but Suzuki did reply.

Not sure where that rumour came from.

No sign of it being re-introduced.

Do Suzuki UK really mean that production has ceased, or that imports to the UK/EU have ceased? I thought they were still being built for non-EU markets

They are being built for other markets.

I understand that the decision to stop had been reversed and imports to the UK are going to continue along with the possibility of a new engine

Well, it would be great if it was re introduced in the UK.
But Suzuki still absolutely insist that it won't happen. Why would they say that if there were plans to start importing it again.
My guess is, that if it was re introduced it would need to have a hybrid powertrain, as all Suzuki vehicles are going that way.
Unless it's re introduced as a commercial vehicle. That's how Land Rover managed to keep the Defender in production from 2012 until it was finally killed off in 2016.
