Suzuki Jimny 2007 problem 4WD was created by Cvejic
Hello everyone,
my problem is that my jimny remains stuck in 4wd hi, the bulb on the board turns on and off at 1 second intervals.
It stays so stuck and 4wd works and cannot return to 2wd. To get back to 2wd I need to unplug the 4wd switch and by pushing the cabin to 2wd it turns off 4wd. Without unplugging 4wd switch, it is not possible to 2wd.
What is the problem?

Welcome to the forum. By the sound of it this is an electrical problem and the easiest thing to do first is check the condition of the wires coming from the transfer box for obvious damage or bad contacts.

The wires were checked without damage, both 4wd switches are new.
I suspect the ball behind the 4wd switch,
Did balls can make such a problem?
To mention, the problem occurred to me the second time I started 4wd, it was first successfully switched on and off(4WD HI and 4WD LO).

Is it really once per second for the flashing? The computer on the electronic version flashes twice per second or five times per second.

See the wiki for details.

At me then it flashes twice a second, I did not measure accurately. To mention, no matter what it is flashing light 4wd works, the problem arises at shutdown 4wd. The 4wd switch made the joint, so i'm interested in what the role of the ball bearing is and if there can be a problem in it?

The ball is effectively acting as a detent to provide correct location for the switch to work against.
