Rear seat belts was created by Mole
Morning
As above iv taken out the rear seats but left the seat belts in place for now dose any one know if this will effect the mot as a pass or fail. Or do they have to be taken out as there's no seats.
Thanks

If you have the two parts of the belt system then they are considered to working. That said it's easier to remove them completely as that removes any ambiguity raising from testers opinions.

I removed my rear seats in 2005 but my seat belts are sill in ... its 2018 and its NEVER failed an MOT on this.
As a side note, if your seat belt mount FAILS an MOT, just remove the seat and it will pass the MOT.

Mine has never had rear seats in for the MOT but has the inertia reels still installed. Passed in previous MOTs ok but told on the MOT last year "I dont want to see those again"

I've got both parts of the belts and the seats out and she passed her MOT last week .... with an advisory about the belts.
The advisory seems to be just a note to say that the seats and belts are removed and there's no suggestion that any remedial action is required for the next MOT.
