Compared to what?
Read that you have the TM 3" lift. I've had those springs. they're actually only 2" longer than standard springs, but of much higher rate. Meant for a diesel Jimny with a heavy load.

I am just wondering, if I am planning to fit a metal bumper and a winch in the future, do I need to replace the front springs for stronger or just need some spring spacer?

Depends on what springs you have on. There's a small sticker om the springs with a number, this tells you what type of springs.
