Those of you thinking this is a problem or an issue that needs to be solved.
Note that the TM lift is made for LHD Jimny's. Not sure if this means anything in relation to the Jimny lean. But perhaps?
Also, Not sure all TM kits are like this. But some of them are made for heavy duty use. meaning, they're made to take a heavy load. Which is probably why it's taller in the rear when empty.

Hi guys,
I'm afraid I missed the last 6 replies because I decided to have a go at this myself. I took everything apart and it turns out the longer springs had been put in the back, so I switched them round (which I'm pretty happy with for a noob). This has levelled out the truck almost completely, and there is no asymmetry to the naked eye.
I redid the measurements and got the following:
FL: 27.5cm
FR: 26cm
RL: 28.5cm
RR: 26.5cm
Not identical but a vast improvement on last time.
Thank you all very much for your help, you've been awesome. And yes Martin I got this kit from you after reading about you putting it in your son's car and I certainly trust you completely!
Unfortunately Adrian Flux closes at 4pm so I haven't been able to update my policy and go for a test drive, but it felt fine in the carpark.

That looks much better mate, don't forget it will take a little time to settle. It might be interesting to measure again after a week or so. Top marks for having a go and fixing it yourself.
