Made a start...
Cut out the template...
And check it before...
Sticking it to the wing and checking it a few times...
Marker pen...
Nibble nibble!
Perfect!
Arch liner out, stock air pipes out, and that's the replacement in my hand...
I gather I'll have to re-use the end of the old air gubbins? (There's no instructions, just a template for cutting / drilling)

maybe you have to turn the funny shaped thing in the wing around to connect to it? on mine the existing plastic thing inside the wing ran to in front of the airbox, so would be the wrong way around for that to connect to it?

Then... As shown at the top of this thread, the snorkel head sits over the aerial hole due to these being designed for left hand drives, and I want my roof light wiring to come up through the hole...
I taped some Dyneema string to the aerial lead, and then went above for a good tug
Whoops! must have pulled too hard as the cable snapped?! Balls!
Fishing with some MIG (welding) wire then
Got it, behind the speaker...
And 3 core cable pulled through (common earth and one for LED light bar and one for rear reversing / work lights)
I then took the dash apart, and took the transfer box control panel out...
I wasn't sure if the ECU would have a fit if I unplugged it and left it disconnected, so I reconnected and tucked it inside the dash...
That will give me the room for my 4 switches after the dash has been fettled a little
More soon...

Sorry, missed a photo out -
Yes, I think my new rubber pipe fits onto the snorkel as my earlier photo, and then I need to cut off and make an elbow to go through the inner wing and into the air box, by cutting the original air gubbins up? That's the only way I can think it is meant to work?!

looks like you need another elbow and a call to the supplier!
cutting that thing up wouldnt help unless you blank off the old inlet hole surely? i take it it wont fit in the wing if turned upside down so the inlet bit is towards the cabin? even so the thing would act as a sort of reservoir for any water that gets down the snorkel.
