So apart from extended brake lines and CC bushes and longer bumpstops anything else? Not sure of to go for just the 2" or the 3"

For what use?
Best lift kit for reasonable money is the Trailmaster suspension from Jimnybits shop, either Comfort or Sport. It's tailored for the Jimny, and not for some random US truck, like all the other shocks sold are.

If you don't mind me asking. But why?
I have the 4" lift, and have found a few issues with it. At least for the ORA kit.
The front driver side spring tends to bind when offroading. The paint on the the lower coils have been scratched off, but nothing on the rest of the coil. Also both front shocks have dents and marks from the shocks, hitting them.
Also, the shocks are too soft for a Jimny fitted with winch and winchbumper. It really is only suitable for driving slow offroad.
I haven't solved the issues, but lessened it a bit by fitting some rather heavy duty bump stops, with about 8 cm of travel. Not hydraulic ones, but some progressive rubber ones from the US

because the 4" kit comes with arms, ive gotta save up and buy a pair or take to my diff with a grinder and re position the brackets my self... im sure the problems your having will be fixed with the bumpstops. and i found my 3" shocks where pretty crappy compared to standard as well. there really hard and stiff but great for 4x4... the arms are all thats limiting my Articulation...
id like the extra inch of clearance to fit bigger tyres and go better places....

Is it the ORA kit you're referring to?
The bump stops I have don't really fix the problem, only hides it.
If you already have +3" springs I'd keep them a look for better shocks. Fox, Bilstein or similar. Taller is not always better. And I don't think you'll get more articulation from a 4" lift compared to a 3" lift. The arms are still the limiting factor. But fitting a 3-link suspension would make a world of difference
