broken speedo MOT fail was created by Cricket
just put the motor in for its MOT and got the usual.. FAILED.. call back. The mechanic kindly built up from low screen wash and an air freshner obscuring vision toooooooo the faulty speedo..which they do not fix there! So i have to take it somewhere else before i get a re-test.
the speedo just randomly stopped working one day along with the mile clock underneath it. the rev count etc all stil work though. no engine warning light has come on or anything.
I was wondering if anybody had any clues as to a quick fix before i spend my day trying to find somebody who will deal with this (mean while being carless until my retest
)
