I do 200 miles a tank too.
I recently drove to North Wales from Hampshire, worked out my MPG for the journey at 28MPG. Not great but it was no eco run.

Post lift and 215/75 ATs, 30 mpg with about 1/3rd off road - happy with that, it is still more than me transit!
Wish I could get the 64mpg i got from the Berlingo on premium diesel last week though!

Don't know if this is of any interest to anybody, (see attachment). Just someting I have used over the years.
You fill in the green columns and the spreadsheet does the rest.
This Jimny is used very little and only road work (but in North Wales its all hills)

I hate anyone who gets more than 28 mpg
I've discovered over the years it makes no difference whether I drive below 3000 rpm everywhere, or whether I floor it everywhere - it still returns 28 mpg,
thought that's what the VVT was all about, "VVT = Very Very Thirsty"

430 k's to 33 litres. Most of my driving is at 100 kph (4100 rpm). I'm happy with it. Long trips of several thousand k's seem to make no difference to economy.

Anywhere between 28mpg and 30mpg here.
Best ever was about 35 on road tyres.
