I testes the 4w drive on à hard surface but wen driving straight with no turnings. Is that allowed?

testing your 4wd on tarmac in a straight line is OK
but there should be no noise at all and it should be smooth

No, because the 4 tires have different radio (uneven wear, different tire pressure , different weights on the tire, etc .......)
This makes the same effect in the transmission as turning

As suggested try it on gravel or off road somewhere. Push the clutch fully down! Don't try it on a road you can cause damage!!

I get that noise from mine sometimes it's something to do with the wheels being at different rotations said the Suzuki tech at work
