Not all of that is true plus how do you no the air bags working correctly my are bag light dont work so is that a pass or fail?
During an mot your are not allowed to remove any thing ie trims covers etc so
1 you cant check bulbs are fitted correctly
2 you can check pas fluid due to not being able to remove the cap unless its a clear bottle
3 head light adjusters aply to hid and led lights only
And theres alot more than this any way i will post pics of new bits in the mot later when im at home

3" Trailmaster lift with 1.5 Spacers on front
Customised winch bumper and roll cage
235/85R16 Maxxis Bighorns on 16" Rims, 4:1 Rocklobster, Rear ARB locker and on-board air
Corrected arms all-round, rear disks, Recaro seats and harnesses

But the bulb failing (or missing) means it will not light up during the self test when the ignition is turned on.
So your Airbag light would fail due to its absense on turn on would be my interpretation????

I also noticed a bit about seat adjustment. Does this mean fixed seats might not pass?? if they are not original??

Wrong its a pass the sequence of the bulbs doent come in to it any more if it not on its not testable

It will fail if its ment to move it must move and lock in other position
