Thanks guys,
I gather I have to loosen both bolts on the tension pulley and use a 10mm allen key to turned anti clockwise to apply tension.
One of the bolt is 12mm but I don't know the size of the other bolt That seems to be recessed into the pulley.
I don't have much room to work because I have left the radiator in place along with the fan.
