so if i havent got a new sheet do you think if i take it back i'll get a retest, or will have to repay for an mot, if its a case of repaying i thinking i will go elsewhere for the mot,
i'm going to give it a strip down again and see what happens
would tyre pressures effect your brake balance?

I have known it on a few cars
If thay didnt refail it with a new failure sheet then you should get another retest may be a small charge
If you have brake imbalance remove the caliper and pad carryer remove the little 4 metal sliders on each side and clean the carryer and the sliders make shore both pistons are free make shore the caliper sliders where the 12mm bolts go through are free and the get some emry paper on a flat serface and rub the pads over it till it an even gray sort of colour
Use copper slip on the pads and normal grease on the caliper sliders a copper slip attacks the rubber dust covers
And reblead both front brakes just to cover that as well
Let us no how it goes
