My back axle looks like I never did it now, its all grubby agen 
but atleast its got 2 coats of the black stuff on it.
doesnt really take that long john the worst bit is cleaning it up with a wire brush you get covered in sh#*!!
just hope my guard is ready tomorrow,once collected itll get a couple of coats of galvanising paint then on it goes fingers crossed.
was thinking if I jack the back up all the oil will drain into the diff pan and sit towards the front of the axle meaning it might not leak when I take the bolts out,hoping it works so I dont have to drain and fill the diff :lol:
