No MOT No Problem
No MOT in Jersey as long as it is not falling to bits and causeing a hazard on the road you can use it

We don't have regular vehicle inspections in Victoria Australia either. Only need a Roadworthy Certificate when transferring or buying a vehicle NSW has annual roadies but not us. Coppers will pull up dodgy cars regularly though.
