LED Headlight Bulbs was created by JerseyJimny
Hi all
Looking to replace all the blubs in the car for LED ones however the dipped and mainbeam are a single bulb (H4 (472))
Now do the LED versions still offer the Dipped/High Beam function?
Cheers

Better off going for the H.I.D 35w headlight conversion. Also, LED's inside the headlamps (Parkers) tend to burn out quickly due to the heat from the headlamps.

it is possible to get a LED Headlight, BUT they are no where near as good as HID for headlight bulbs. better off going a moving beam H4 HID kit. Less heat better efficiency more light

iv never heard of a LED head light bulb before have you got a link & HID's will fail a UK MOT now unless....
1.fitted as standard
2.the car has self levelling head lights
3.the car has headlight washers
4.the car is not softly sprung

I had HIDs on my Mk1 Toyota MR2(1988)...
ONLY reason they failed the MOT was because the nearside bulb carrier seized and wouldnt 'pop out' for full-beam
The tester said that had the bulb worked as it should then they would have passed no problem.
