:laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Cheers Kirk. Just a coffee. You can see how corroded it was. I am a bit slow on these jobs cos I do other little jobs as I go like spraying the metal under the fuel flap and treating the rust in the area. And walking off in a mood.
The replacement came today and I have Hammerited it. I am going to re-fit as soon as the Hammerite is dry.
it is a great motor to work on - pity it is a rust bucket with crankshaft seal leak, a diff pinion leak and halfshaft oil seal gone and leaking.
