its worth while tho when ur mates who know u just dont do PLASTERS / BANDAGES etc see ur bound up limb
and say wtf ??? they know its bad and the gruelling photo of the blood spattered wound tells the story in itself :laugh:

Lucky dude, shortcuts seem so tempting on the way home from the pub! Does annoy me when they say we can't see you for hours, then when they reach you tell you you could be dead :huh: I do however appreciate a and e is over worked understaffed ect ect and I respect what they do.
I had a mate that did a similar thing, impaled his calf and got stuck on a fence, that was gruesome.
And another friend of mine had a car accident, fence post through the windscreen and grazed his neck, docs said 2 inches to the left and he wouldn't have been here now.
Just the way it goes sometimes is guess.
