Obarno wrote: With all the talk about who is going to make shafts, cvs etc it is very difficult to find them actually for sale. I have just bought from ERM4x4.fr 2 front shafts and 2 uprated cv joints for 654 Euros delivered to my home in France. A good price. I also talked to Zanfi but their shafts and cvs are around 900 Euros plus delivery. The ERM ones fitted easily and the cvs are quite a bit bigger than std. You do have to return to them your old cvs as they reuse the the shaft. I also talked to Rob Storr but he was unable to give a date when they would be available or indeed a price. Shame as I have bought from him in the past, but I wanted to get on with it.
I'll let you know how I get on with them!

Obarno - how you getting on??

Have we got any updates on this shizzle yet?

Hi Sponnie - they seem to work fine. I've got a front arb which I've used a few times and no problems, funny noises or anything. So I'm very happy with them. I know 2 other French Jimnys with them , one used for trialling and the other for some fairly tough off road events and neither of them have had any problems either. They have both been fitted for quite a while, both have front lockers so well used also and abused! They are advised for use on tyres up to 30"which is what I have. ERM are a very well respected supplier of Suzuki parts and builder of specialist off road vehicles so have a good reputation. I'm sure Renard38 would confirm that.
Here are a couple of photos of the new ones compared to std.

Manual VVT, 2 1/2" lift, ORA castor corrected arms, 2" ORA body lift, 4:1 transfer box, Uprated front shafts & CVs ERM , ARBs back & front 3.9 diffs, 6 point cage, ORA winch bumper - Superwinch EP9, ORA rear bumper, ORA axle truses, Diff guards ERM , TBR tank guard, Snorkel, Kumho KL71.30.9.50 15

Thats good news, thanks for the feedback. I am still awaiting if the KAM stuff is still being developed or any other british company is giving it a go :) If not I best send some money over the channel :P
