Well so far,
JimnyBits are still waiting for the supplier
Rob Storr came back to me but is waiting on costs
D&G havent returned a VM or email.
I can also have them made through my parts supplier but its a complete unknown if they are an improvement and i dont fancy being a guinea pig!

with them Tyres, you'll need to strengthen your front and rear Panhard Rods. Easiest way is tow well some angle Iron along it, better still is to put over-sized pipe down it and screw/weld into panhard rod ... or get super strong Panhards off Rob Storr (like what i've got).

You have exactly the same tyres as I have in size and make and I have only broken one CV and that was on a Winch Challenge Competition but I can't work out how we broke it as I was thinking about the CV's all day and didn't think we'd put them under any more strain than usual.
In general pay and play use we've not broken any CV's at all and certainly not snapped any shafts with open diffs and I refuse to get lockers as I think it starts to take some fun away as the truck will be too capable.
So it's not a given that you'll break anything on them!
If you do blow a CV, it's not the end of the world as you can whip it out and put the hub in freewheel or leave in 2WD if you keep the auto hubs and you can get home like that as it doesn't need the CV's on the road.
Unless you are getting lockers though, you'll not need hardened rear shafts. You'll not really need hardened front shafts with open diffs as it's just the CV's they will break.
I await the release of some hardened CV's and front shafts though as then I'll not have to worry at all.
As you say, ORA and Jimnybits are looking to release them but with no release dates it's a bit of a race to see who gets them out first!

Kirkynut, I now have a spare set of CV's so they will be kept in the store just in case your theory doesn't match with my talent for breaking cars!
Breather kit being installed
and comedy tail pipe extension which is what happens when your mechanic is trying out for his stage career!
We managed to get the original bumpers back on but i have ordered a rear one from ORA as they have the old ones still on special offer for £150, well worth it!
Now all i need is the front bumper changed to a winch one.....

I would suggest that the breather pipes go higher - maybe up outside besides your snorkel?
