Nice jimny yours ... it's one of the few i saw with tough dog 80mm lift ... seems flexing good: do you needed to extend the brake lines to make it works like this?
I have a 1.3VVT engine like yours, and 235/75-15 tires like yours, and i'm wondering if in your opinion, our engine should be capable of run 31" tires without regearing ... i bet yes, but as (strangely) nobody want to give me a set of 31" as present, i'm still doubtful to spend those 800 euro for the 31" ...

Cheers mate!
Yes you do need longer braking lines i will be getting some very soon as it is limiting flex on the back, the whole brake line stops the axle from dropping any more than what you see in those pics.
Yes our VVT motor's will turn over the 31's without gearing, but you will be up for a new clutch every few months at a guess. Also you will find it hard to approach things at a slow speed with 31's and coming down slops you will be riding the brakes alot more so gearing is needed...
One day i will be gearing mine for 31's but will only run 30's with twin air lockers.
And don't forget if you do put 31's on you will need to be ready to chop and guards alot and a 2" body lift
