It doesnt have to, its faking it. It needs alignment with the axis of the car and then just generates a fake number that would place a sensor at each corner (in my version of how the system works)
How does it transmit the acceleration/angle/rotation of each individual wheel, such that the car can match it with a position?I have an Iron Gates spoof box

That is simplifying it a little bit, to put it politely. Here in Iceland we have elves that come at night to reprogram the TPMS control modules. Some are so good at it that you can get away with having any TPMS sensors at all in the wheels.Honestly it's definitely this and nothing else.
