No problem!

This was from when I replaced it on mine, the difference was night and day.
I do wonder if there's any performance companies that make stiffer bushings that can take up more of the slop in the gearbox.

Yeah it was easy enough, remove the surround, gaiter, then unbolt (10mm?) the bracket that holds the secondary gaiter.

Then it's two more bolts (10mm?) either side of the gear stick to get the shaft out.

make sure you refit the secondary gaiter properly so it seals. Mine wasn't and after doing so the cabin noise dropped significantly.
