Hi guys,

I'm just looking for the the thermostat housing part number or the part itself as I can't find one anywhere for my 2003 Jimny, I know it's the M13A but I just can't find one as mine has a pinhole in it and is overheating, been stuck in the garage for a week now and I thought I had found one purchased it but it was for a Swift.

I'm out of options and I really need my car back, any help, advice or someone who can point me in the right direction that would be amazing.

The part I already bought but didn't fit was for a 1.3 Swift with part number 17690-80JA0 and does not fit.

Thanks in advance

Cal

Have you sent a message to the shop/Martin he may be able to supply you? Maybe if not send a message to member j999pre as James is often able to supply second hand parts.

Last time I supplied one in July 2019 they were £94 each. There has been two price rises since then so I would guess £99. Do you want a quote ?

Hi Martin,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. How soon would you be able to get it? As I've already been without my Jimny for nearly 2 weeks now.

Is this the plastic part at the back of the thermostat housing? It has 3 bolts hold it on and it connects to the bottom radiator hose?

I think I have a (used) one in the garage. I know what you mean about a swift one not fitting (I put a swift engine in my last jimny). its like the 3 bolts are aligned differently and it wont go on without the hose connection hitting the block
