Lambert sir , a very good question, well presented and as such requires a complete and investigated answer which I at this present do not feel I could answer with true integrity . Now it may take sometime to find out this information to it fullest .
So I will guess at steel , but Eitherway sorted next day and mobile is very impressive .
Cupro-Nickel is the ideal choice = no corroding. Copper is ok too, but I'm put off a bit by it being so soft and therefore potentially easy to accidentally crimp/kink it
