I can answer properly now I am back at my computer.
If your dealer is searching on the VIN number he may not find it as the bulletin is limited to a small number of VINs.
He should search on the model number which is A6G415 - look for bulletin Q-A6G-003
Now this is restricted to certain VIN numbers but I understand that VINs outside of the range are reporting issues. If yours is outside the range then the dealer should talk to the Technical Desk who have approved some out of VIN fixes already.
The bulletin has an embedded recording of the sound, which appears to not work on the copy I have seen

Thanks, I thought I was imagining things. Mine has an occasional knock when turning. Mine's due for its service soon, I'll make sure they attend to it.

I would get it reported they won't do it when they service it as there is never enough time and they will just re book you in again to have it examined for the knocking
