Standard SJ tyre size was 195/80/15 if that helps.

Correct, although some Japanese came with 16" wheels and later than 1988.5 models had 205-70-15. Still the same overall diameter.
Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 BFG MT, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck, 17%/87% high/low gears.

Well damn, you guys have some seriously nice Jimnys!
I did a bunch more research to see what I would fit on these 6x16 rims with my lift and I got some Geolandar A/T G015 at 215/70/16
They fit real nice! They arent as big and cool as some of the trucks on here, but boy do they ride smooth so far! Thanks to everyone for advice and thoughts, it's been extremely helpful.

That's exactly what I was searching for and couldn't find! I translated the Japanese service records and they were definitely upgraded. Do you have a link to where you might have seen that size for 16s?yakuza wrote:
