Modern cars with airbags everywhere are a nightmare. I need to get a 'classic' car and do away with ECUs, throttle by wire and the rest.

Don't mention throttle by wire! Ah too late... bloody Defender with TD5 I owned that used to lose power whenever it was wet out. I used to have to trundle home at 10mph. At least I wouldn't need an airbag at that speed.

It is why I like my Junior so much - admittedly it is 20 years old but it is sooooooo nice and simple; well more or less cos even it has an airbag steering wheel. Arghhhhhhh. I need something from the '60s.
