I recently changed my gearbox oil to Redline gl4 and the shifting has improved.

The MTL from memory Jack. My gearbox was ok before but with it being the later/weaker type, I was looking for maximum protection and was recommended this by an oil expert. After a couple of days the box was quieter and the shifting was smoother. Well worth the money in my opinion.
