Iirc Placek did that with his jimny. It's definitely another option that I'll look at.

Exactly the A frame type of suspension I mentioned. Looks rather simple to setup compared to a 4 link. And you don't need the panhard rod as with the 3 link.

I think that's the type of link TomDK is talking about, technically it's considered a 4 link. Even though it comes to a single point on top of the rear axle, geometrically it behaves and is calculated in the same manner. I wasn't planning on relocating the fuel tank so I'm not sure if I'll have room for that type of linkage. That fun will all come once I've got the body off :woohoo:
