Could it not be oxygen or o2 sensors then?

What fixed the issue for me was replacing both of the two ignition coils, heat from the engine may be the culprit over the years. The shuddering and drop in revs particularly when at traffic lights (probably as the engine got warmer) had stopped.

There is a member on here called j999pre he sells a lot of used parts and I have had several from him. If you message him on here he may have some used but perfectly working ignition coils. This will be a lot cheaper than new and will help you rule out the cause of the power loss.
Another member on here had the same issue and replaced them with new cheap ebay ones which worked perfectly.
Other possible causes of intermittent power loss include , A blocked exhaust catalytic converter, camshaft sensor or crankshaft sensor (earlier jimnys don't have one).
From my experience of power loss I'd try the coils first.
