Kingpin bearing questions

SKF bearings are good. Most bearings suppliers will provide the same or similar. Big Jimny prices are very competitive.
The issues on the Jimny isn't the quality of the bearing, it's the fact that water collects in the swivel so the bearing is submerged in water. Even the best bearing in the world isn't going to last long like that.

Thank you for the advice so far.
I have dismantled one side - the bearing on right is the lower one and feels gritty and reluctant to turn. This has never been offroaded so I guess just normal wear and tear, though I don't see why something with so much grease around should get in this state. The grease looks a reasonable colour as it has never been apart before, there was no water in there.
The ABS sensor bolt sheared off so I will need to drill out and use a bolt and nut.
I still need to drive out the rings from the knuckle and remove the circlip. Apart from that everything came apart fairly well.

Forgot to add - the plastic ring round the seating of the ABS sensor broke in half - I guess it is just a spacer so I can stick it together?

Sorry Martin, I ordered them from somewhere else  I have put in an order for the other things from you and may need others soon.
A couple of further questions...
Should I try to completely remove the old grease from the CV joints or just clean up the excess and pack in new?
Can I blow through the vacuum pipe channels with something? I tried to keep them covered and clean but would like to be sure.

No problem, I was on holiday.
I would clean them up as completely as possible and yes you can blow through the pipes providing you disconnect them from the valve end.
