Thank you mate, how much did that cost?
If the prop is too short and on it's limits, would that cause this noise and vibrations i'm getting?

I can't remember exactly but it was a few hundred. I would just go for a basic one, the double UJ was a bit overkill
I could cause the vibration, I would poke around underneath to double check things. Check the UJs are ok too.

It may also be the nose of the rear diff has been dropped to far with the caster correction. It should really be pointing at the output of the transfer case. A spacer would definitely be a good place to start.

OK thanks a lot
I'll bear that in mind for now.
Would a spacer on the diff end help push it back in?
Just a thought, i have some 31" tyres on the way, because they are going to raise the axle a bit would that help put the prop back within it's limits? Or is that logic a bit skewed.

Edit: just seen your response OllieNZ regarding the spacer, thank you.
@ VP - Yes, I also gave the UJ a good eyeballing when the prop was off, I think the prop itself is fine.

Bigger tyres won't change it, but a prop spacer will. Presumably the radius arms are corrected for the lift and you haven't used standard ones?
