Jimny with portal axles! Done in Russia!

A great idea though - I recon you could tempt Rockwatt into producing these!???! Rockwatt - you'd have a prototype pair knocked up by tea time eh??? :whistle:

I followed their engineering mods to a humble Makarov Co2 Pistol and their results never ceased to amaze.

It looks as though the units were u/s before they were blacksmithed onto the Jimny.....I'll wager it howled along!

What's the name of the company? Where is it located? I did google it, but came up dry.... So spit it out ; ). Who' s making bolt on portals for Jimny axles???

I've just tried looking for it too, but couldn't find it. Maybe they've gone under or something. Pity, because they had some really nice Jimny-specific stuff. I think it may have been on of Renard83's threads on this site that I first saw the link to their website/shop.

Not that it matters any more, but it wasn't just a bolt-on portal hub they were selling, but the entire axle assembly with portals on the end. I never saw any reviews as to how good/reliable they were though.
