Anti-Roll Bar. It limits the amount of body roll on road by restricting the front travel. 
Taking it off will improve front suspension travel but check your local rules for road
use first. My understanding is its a bit of a grey area here for our MOT test. :evil:

ahh ok now i gei it! :laugh: well better no to take it off because i use the car 95% on road, stability its important
