Hi Wombat,
Yes they are bloody substantial things but fit well.. I've put some rubber strip underneath so it doesn't rub the paint work and also on top where the bonnet edge is.
Even though there is clearance there it's just me being anal lol.There's a fair bit of adjustment on them.
Ordered them on the 12th Dec and they turned up just before New Year's Eve
Plan to mount a 34 inch light bar across them depending on the light bar fitting. If it's like the one I have in the bumper grill then it'll go straight off the mounts. If the light bar has the mounts on the edge then it'll be just a question of bolting some flat bar across them them mounting the light bar to that.
Either way get the mounts. It's not worth all the hassle trying to make them yourself

If your intending to leave you relay there I'd turn the other way up so the spade terminals face down.
How you've got it leaves scope for it to fill with water.
Not a criticism mate just an observation

I'm afraid progress has stalled a little as I've been quite busy - I plan to get it all done this weekend. I'll post a picture when it's finished!
