Cleaning rear lenses was created by emu88
The lower rear lenses (horizontal ones) have water in them. Although there are clips on the back, it's on really tight so i wonder if they are not meant to be removed. Is it possible to remove the lenses, clean then put back?

Ok thanks. I'll see if I can get the water out another way. What about the number plate lights? They appear to have two little area to turn and unscrew but for the life of me I cannot open them by hand:
On a slightly unrelated topic, I assume the mounting point of the damper for the boot door ought not be at an angle, but vertical? Mine is bent so I assume the door has been yanked hard before.

Yeah the number plate lenses just get stiff with dust and grit, if the mount is leaning towards the front of the car then it would have been shut to hard can't quite see from the photo
