Yes. A little piece of 8mm bar welded onto the side of the pipe. Very lucky that it had been off recently :)

I think that it should hold it for the next MOT.

My trusted indie showed me a CAT from Eurocarparts for the Jimmy and it's half the size of the original. I'll have to make a choice when it's time to replace it. A cheap one that lasts 12 to 24 months or the mega-bucks original from Suzuki :(

I welded in one of these 2" 100CPSI Cats about 4 years ago, still going strong. I went for 100CPSI instead of the Suzuki 400CPSI for better gas flow. There is a lot less restriction with 100 cells per square inch as opposed to 400 cells per square inch. Gives the exhaust a nice note too. :evil:

My system is 2" all the way from the headers (Extractors) through to exit.
