Vented discs are better. Vented discs and solid discs aren't interchangeable because they need different width calipers. If you have vented discs already, you need to stick with them.

Changes Discs, pads, cylinders, air-filter, oil, oil filter and tyres. What a difference. fitted solid discs with ape brakes. Drives a lot better. Found out that one of my front brakes was not working correctly which had caused the dreaded death wobble. but now NO DEATH WOBBLE !!!!! happy days
