jimny shuddering when setting off on a hill

Hi i need advice. I have taken my jimny to a garage and they dont know what is wrong with my car. I have suzuki jimny 2002 1.3 litre. When i set off on a hill, the car makes a really weird noise like there is something wrong below me. Mechanic had a look and didnt know what was causing it so he just tightened some stuff below but its actually even worse now. It sounds like when your car is loaded and is really heave and struggles to go up the hill, and its like a shuddering noise - i cant describe it properly. It only happens when i go up the hill from 1st gear. What could be wrong with it? Thank you

its hard to tell with your description but it might be the transfer chain, if you have bigger tires the chain gets lose and makes a sound when sliping in between the pinions, it usuali slips more uphill .

That sounds like the gearbox mount, It's known as the rear engine mount. £30 part and about 15 minutes to fix.

Thank you everyone. I wish i could describe it better. If you can imagine setting off on a hill in 1st gear, the noise sounds like knocking or shuddering (is that a word ). Its coming from the bottom of the car, possibly underneath my seat. Not sure. How come a mechanic wasnt able to tell me? I even took him for a drive so he could hear it and he didnt know what it was. This will be third time im taking it to the garage. Wish i knew someone reliable who could fix it instead of being messed about.
