They are jimny ones from jimnybits, I have emailed them and they said they are meant to come with bolts so they are sending some out to me

Are they definitely avm brand and for a Jimny or have you got sj hubs? In which case you do need spacers and bolts with cone washers.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

The spacers are because the seal shoulder on the hub nut sticks out.
The "special" jimny ones are deeper at the back to miss this shoulder.
Standard FWH as removed from an SJ, or new to fit an SJ will foul on the shoulder and require a spacer.
You can grind off the shoulder, but that makes you cry, as new shouldered nuts are about £2000 each

And fitting a spacer also reduces the contact area between the hub and the drive shaft which is increasing the liklihood of failure.
