it now retracts better when leaning forward when belts fastened
and when un fastened if i chuck the belt behind the seat it retracts a lot better

Managed to trim mine back -
Not the neatest job, but a bit difficult as the steel you can see under the grey plastic is toughened, and couldn't get Mr.Angry to cut through it, so "tidied up" with a Dremmel...
Works a lot better, looser, returns back anyway! But may have to replace for the next MOT? :dry:
