Whereabouts are you? If you are in England I got my pipe from a company called "Kiley-Clinton engineering limited in Birmingham. Their web address is "
www.kileyclinton.com
." My pipe cost £18 but in total(p&p VAT) it came to £30.24.
The spanners are marked with the title "Universal Urban 2000 Wrench" and the sizes are 6in, 8in, & 10in. The smallest size is the one I use for the brake connections. It has never failed me even when the nuts are chewed up.
The trouble with the pipe from a scrapper is that if yours has corroded then the chances are any used one could be just as bad. The LDV one was a commonplace failure apparently.

Thanks for all the advice. Mick, I'm in Ireland so I'll check with Suzuki first.
minitehnicus, that's fantastic. Funny, my local Suzuki told me that I'd have to order the entire return and supply loops but they obviously didn't know well enough. I'll call them with the part number tomorrow and if it works, happy days.
