No, 2", on most bodylifts the body mounting rubber bush / 'puck' is left in place and the bodylift spacer is added on top, but over the years I had people complain that the body was supported by a 2" diameter spacer block on the 3" puck so the body lift spacer dug into the original body mounting bush ('puck'), so I changed to the full diameter body lift block...
But most bodylift blocks are 2" diameter and 2" tall (for a 2" bodylift kit)
