No it's totally different ends and too long. It's possible to find a replacement in a scrap car but I haven't bothered yet.

You can do it without a welder...

The bar from the Jimny seat that needs extended is hollow. I just cut it and used a tap to thread the inside of it out to M6 (possibly M8? i cant remember). I then used a bit of threaded rod and a couple of nuts to secure it. This was handy as it allowed a bit of adjustment to get the length just right and the securing nuts make it stay together properly too ;-)

Pickup/tipper, R7me gearbox & 6.4 Rocklobster, 31" Toyo MT, 2x ARB air locker 3.9 diffs in braced axles, 6" total lift, Floating rear conversion, Raptor painted, CB, Recaro's, Caged, etc, etc...

Well thanks to this guide my seats are in. However not driven it yet due to lockdown :(



Rails are a little stiff, but I am taking out the rear seats. So it doesn’t matter.
