The axles displaced off the centre line of the vehicle, but still parallel won't affect the way it drives



Have noticed the brakes are pulling to the off side now could this be caused by the axles not being central ? Have got new brake lines and all bleed through ok.

A bit off subject but I have a spare alloy for £20 if you want it ( standard 205/70/15 tyre). could bring it over next time I see Dadio.
