I've just fitted a 2.5 lift kit with correction bushes in front arms took it for a test ride now the Steering wheel isn't straight how can this be ??

New springs/shocks wheels and tyres has nearly cured the wobble but can't understand why wheel not straight ??

Cheers vinnie

The axle is lower down, so the drag link (from steering box to axle) is now too short, so you need to turn the wheel to put the steering straight.
You will have more steering lock on one side than the other.

Lengthen the drag link until the wheel is straight again.

EDIT: you didn't mention panhard rod, that will be too short too, displacing the axle to one side. When you lengthen the panhard rod, the drag link will want setting again.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

Ok cheers for that think I get what ya mean cause the panhard rod is fixed to chassis one side and axle the other cause of lift its pushed the axle over to one side causing the steering arm to go also ? If I fit an adjustable panhard arm it will push axle back over along with steering ? Will I need to get the tracking adjusted though ?

So I need a panhard if anyone got one

Cheers vinnie.
