Afternoon gents, the lighter socket in my jimny isn't working. Would this likely be a fuse or would I need to swap out the socket?

Nearly always the fuse, there are some odd plugs that sometimes don't mate with the socket correctly so check a couple of plug in things. Fuse box is under dash near drivers right knee, careful how you take the cover off as it has the icons on it to tell you which fuse is which

Did you test it with a probe light or meter etc. for power? On some other makes there is a wire link on the end of the socket which can melt.

The "plug" can easily fall off the back of the cigar lighter socket. Reach up the back of the socked and see if its connected
