Must admit oil is something that I change every 5000 or yearly and i tend to use fully synthetic 10/40 in the Jim but only because I trust that oil. My Jim is the 06 VVT and only really use it for off roading now and she gets some stick so I am not too concerned over mileage, it's protection that is my bag but always interested what everyone else does/opinion.
